I have a professional background in English language teaching, curriculum development, and academic coordination, with a strong focus on student-centered learning and international education. I have experience teaching English Language Acquisition and supporting students in developing their communication, critical thinking, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

My experience as an MYP Coordinator has strengthened my understanding of the IB philosophy, curriculum planning, interdisciplinary learning, assessment practices, and the integration of Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills. I have also supported teachers through collaborative planning, professional development, classroom observations, assessment moderation, and curriculum implementation.

My approach to education focuses on creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment in which students take ownership of their learning, develop independence, and apply their knowledge to real-life situations
